The Quality of a Chilean Product

We work to meet high quality standards. We have gained ISO certification in various areas and we ensure that we work with suppliers who are at least in the process of obtaining environmental certification. Our commitment to high quality starts with selecting the land where the grapes to make our wines will be grown, and includes the processes, materials, equipment and services which are involved in getting our products to the more than 70 countries around the world where people enjoy Undurraga wine.
It is thanks to this commitment to quality, combined with the skills and professionalism of our team at every stage in our process that we are able to offer world-class products made in Chile.

Our commitment to our local community and the environment

For a number of years we have been supporting children from the Mapuche indigenous community through scholarships managed by the local NGO OIES (www.oies.cl) by donating part of the revenue from the sales of Aliwen reserve wines around the world. The goal is to help these children complete their secondary school education.

We aim at keeping abreast of environmental best practice. We are currently measuring our carbon footprint to put in place an emissions reduction programme. We recycle packaging and paper and have a water recycling programme. We use recycled water to irrigate our park, which is over a hundred years old. We recently converted some of our conventional power generating equipment to biomass.
